1. Appointment Policy

Booking & Cancellations:

  • A down payment is required to book an appointment:
    • $100 for African braiding
    • $50 for all other services
  • Appointments must be booked in advance either online or by phone.
  • We require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. If you fail to cancel within 24 hours, a cancellation fee of 50% of the service price will be applied.
  • No-shows will be charged the full service amount.
  • We recommend arriving 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment time. Late arrivals may have to be rescheduled or their appointment may be shortened, depending on availability.

2. Service & Pricing Policy

Pricing:

  • Prices listed on the website are estimates and may vary based on the stylist’s experience, the complexity of the service, or any add-on treatments you choose.
  • Any major changes or additions to your service will be discussed and agreed upon before proceeding.

Gratuity:

  • Gratuity is not included in the service price but is always appreciated. It is customary to tip 15-20% of the service cost.

3. Refund & Satisfaction Guarantee Policy

Satisfaction Guarantee:

  • Your satisfaction is our priority! If you are not completely satisfied with your service, please contact us within 72 hours of your appointment, and we will do our best to address your concerns.
  • Due to the nature of beauty treatments, we do not offer refunds. However, we are happy to offer a complimentary follow-up service if needed.

4. Children and Minors Policy

Children in the Salon:

  • We love children, but for their safety and the comfort of other guests, we ask that children be supervised at all times.
  • We cannot accommodate children in the treatment rooms unless they are receiving a service themselves.

5. Personal Belongings & Liability Policy

Lost or Damaged Items:

  • We are not responsible for any lost or damaged personal items during your visit.
  • Please keep your belongings with you at all times. For the safety and comfort of all guests, we ask that large bags or valuables be left at home.

6. Gift Card Policy

Gift Cards:

  • Gift cards are available for purchase online or in-store and are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
  • Gift cards are non-refundable, and no cash refunds will be issued for unused balances.
  • Lost or stolen gift cards will not be replaced.

7. Photography & Social Media Policy

Photography:

  • We love sharing beautiful moments, but please let your stylist know if you’d like to take photos during your service.
  • By visiting our salon, you consent to having photos or videos taken during your appointment for promotional or social media purposes, unless otherwise stated.

8. Product Return & Exchange Policy

Product Returns/Exchanges:

  • We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with a product, we will accept returns or exchanges within 14 days of purchase, provided the product is unopened and in its original condition.
  • Opened products can only be exchanged if they are defective.
